Mailbox rental

What ID do I need to rent a mailbox?
Federal regulations require two valid forms of ID — a photo ID and a secondary ID (utility bill, vehicle registration, etc.). We complete USPS Form 1583 with you in store.
Can my mailbox accept packages from UPS, FedEx, and DHL?
Yes. Unlike a P.O. Box, your address is a real street address, so every major carrier can deliver to you.
Can I add other recipient names?
Yes — additional authorized recipients (family or business partners) can be added, each completing their own Form 1583.
How does pickup work?
Stop in during business hours. Larger packages may be retrieved from secure storage; smaller items are in your box.

Shipping

Do you ship USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL?
Yes — all four major carriers from one counter. We help you compare and pick the right one for each shipment.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We help with carrier selection, customs forms, and packaging requirements for shipments going around the world.
Do you handle freight or oversized items?
We can help you figure out the best path for freight and large-item shipments. More info →

Packaging

Can you pack fragile items for me?
Yes. Bring your item un-boxed or partially packed and we'll prep it for shipment with the right materials.
Do you sell boxes and supplies?
Yes — a wide range of boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and shipping supplies are available in store.

Notary

Do I need an appointment for notary?
No appointment needed. Notary service is available until 30 minutes before closing each day.
What should I bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID and the document to be notarized — unsigned (sign in front of the notary).
