By using Pack N Mail's services and website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Pack N Mail provides mailbox rental, package receiving, shipping (via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL), packaging, and notary services. Each service is subject to its own setup requirements and carrier regulations.
Mailbox rental
Mailbox rental requires completion of USPS Form 1583 with two valid forms of identification. Renters are responsible for keeping account information current and following USPS regulations governing private mailbox use.
Shipping
Shipments are subject to the terms, restrictions, and liability limits of the chosen carrier. Pack N Mail acts as a drop-off and packing partner — final liability for in-transit loss or damage rests with the carrier and any declared-value insurance you elect.
Prohibited items
Some items cannot be shipped — including but not limited to hazardous materials, certain batteries, perishables, and items prohibited by carrier or destination regulations. Ask in store before shipping anything you're unsure about.
Notary
Notary services are provided in accordance with Texas law. The notary may decline to notarize documents that don't meet legal requirements (incomplete signers, missing identification, etc.).
Pricing
Posted prices are subject to change. Service fees, surcharges, and carrier rates may vary by shipment, season, or fuel costs. We always confirm pricing before completing any transaction.
